The Intelio Steel Ascent is a seamless blender — a different tool from a traditional thinner. Its solid blade is roughly half the width of the toothed blade, so instead of pressing the full section against a matching edge, hair glides along the slim blade and only part of each pass is captured. The result is a softer, more randomized cut with no demarcation line — the invisible blend you reach for on finishing work, fine hair, face-framing, and anywhere a visible texture mark would show.
