Every pair of Saki Shears bought from us comes with Replacement Pricing: the same model and size at 50% off, once per pair, any time within two years of delivery, for any reason.

Lost them on a train. Dropped them on tile. Left them at a salon you no longer work at. Or you simply want a back-up pair at your station. No claim, no photos, no questions.

How it works

Bought on sakishears.com? You are already in. Your replacement code is in your order confirmation email and on your account page. When you need it, add the same pair to your cart and enter the code at checkout.

Bought on Amazon, from a salon, or from another retailer? Register your Saki Shears within 60 days of delivery and we will email you a code.

• Same model and size as the pair you bought. A set is one product: the code is for the same set, at 50% off the set price.
• One replacement code per pair or set purchased.
• Valid for two years from delivery.
• Redeemable on sakishears.com only, with free shipping as always.
• Not combinable with other discount codes or automatic discounts.
• Excludes Yasaka and Joewell.

Replacement Pricing and the Lifetime Warranty Against Defects

These are two different things, and you have both. If your Saki Shears fail because of a defect in materials or workmanship, our Lifetime Warranty Against Defects repairs or replaces them at no charge, for life. Replacement Pricing is for everything else: loss, accidents, or wanting a second pair. It is a price, not a promise about what might happen to your shears.

Questions

What if my model has been discontinued?
Email cs@sakishears.com with your code and we will offer the closest current model at 50% off.

I bought a set. What do I get?
One code, for the same set at 50% off. The set is a single product, so the code can't be split into a single cutting or thinning pair.

Can I use it for a different size or model?
No. The code is tied to the exact model and size you bought. If you want something different, your second order makes you a VIP at 25% off everything.

Does it expire?
Two years from the delivery date of the original order. The expiry date is printed next to the code in your confirmation email.

I can't find my code.
