Our Lifetime Warranty

I stand behind every pair we sell. Every pair of Saki Shears is backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If there's a flaw in the materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace your shears for as long as you own them.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Sharpening (that's regular maintenance)
• Misuse, including rust or oxidation from chemicals or cleaners that aren't safe for shears
• Accidental damage, like drops
• Spare parts
• Joewell and Yasaka shears, which are covered by their manufacturer's warranty instead

How to start a warranty claim

Email cs@sakishears.com with your order number and photos of the problem. If it's a manufacturing defect, we pay the shipping and repair or replace your shears.

That's a return or exchange, not a warranty claim. You have 30 days from delivery, and exchanges are free. See Returns & Exchanges.
