Wholesale Terms

Who can buy wholesale

Salons, beauty supply stores, sharpening services and beauty schools. Apply on our wholesale page and send your business license or resale certificate. Schools send proof of accreditation. We approve every account by hand.

Pricing

• Dealers: 45% off our website price.
• Our Japanese-made shears (Koten, Skinny, Yoru): 35% off.
• Beauty schools: 50% off our student shears and sets.

How to order

1. Email your order to cs@sakishears.com.
2. We email you an invoice for a 50% deposit.
3. Before we ship, we email you an invoice for the rest. We ship once it's paid.

Your deposit is refundable until we place your factory order. After that it can't be refunded.

Lead time

Wholesale shears are made to order. Allow about 6 months from the day your deposit clears. We place factory orders once a month.

Minimum orders

• First order: 6 shears, at least 2 of each style. A set counts as 1.
• Reorders: 4 shears.
• Koten, Skinny and Yoru: 12 per size.
• Brushes come in packs of 3 or 6. They don't count toward the minimum.
• Schools: 10 sets per order.

Shipping

You pay the freight.

Samples

Each business can buy one sample at the dealer price. We credit it to your first order if you order within 60 days. Schools get one free instructor pair.

Selling our products

• Don't advertise below our website price.
• Don't sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or any other marketplace without our written OK.

If these rules aren't followed, we may close the account.

Sales tax

Send a valid resale certificate. Without one, we have to charge sales tax.
