Dotanuki Damascus Hair Cutting Shears/Scissors

I've been cutting with the odachi shears for a few months now and really like them. They're lightweight and very sharp. They're still sharp after three months of use.

These shears are perfect for me. They are weighted just right and feel comfortable in the hand and grip. They arrived quickly, well packaged and in a lovely leather case that has room for additional instruments. Great studen shears or DIY haircutting.

Saki Shears customer service and support are awesome. I initially received the wrong razor and it was damaged during shipping and I contacted the company and Chuck immediately responded and sent thru rush service the correct razor. I received the beautiful, shave ready razor within 48 hours of his response by email. He also kept in contact with me during the entire process to ensure that I was taken care of properly. He was very apologetic about the mix-up and assured me that he would correct this issue so other customers would not have to experience this in the future. These are the best shears I’ve ever bought as a professional stylist.

Very sharp and work very well

I’m have large hands and initially got the Katana set which I really liked except that the thumb ring was not angled and seemed too small. I ended up returning them and getting the Ha set, they do have an angled thumb ring (this is something I think shear companies should elaborate on) and this makes it easier to remove my thumb while cutting. The Ha shears are really smooth and cut very well. They look nice and feel good in the hand. For the price, they have been very good so far.

Shears gave a sharper cut than the cheaper shears I have been using.
